1. Mr. Kwok is a honest guy. He has a car can drive you around for selecting of desirable material.
2. Mr. Wong is the main player to co-ordinate with you in the overall rennovation project including design, quotation, material selection.
3. Local contrators are not conscious enough on the minimum standard required by our HK people. Such as the standard height of the kitchen cupboards, location of the bathtub should be next to the water hose for letting go of overflow water, height of the hangers, sewage hose, color sense is old fashion.......
