Must Prepare 2 Bank Accounts for auto-payment:
中國银行 : 管理費、水費。
中國工商銀行 : 電費、煤氣費。

其他自行安排服務，亦可圣管理處代辦:
電話 : 月費18元, 要15日開線。
電視 : 月費13元, 要7日開線, 如要cable要買set top box, 可圣工商銀行autopay。
寬頻 : 月費有多項選擇80元、150元, 要15日開線。

• IC Card according to rooms at flar. We have 4 IC Card for free. Any extra, require @RMB50 and required ID Card for application.
• Received 5 main door entrance keys for the flat.
• Balconies' Block 5 and Mail Box keys will be received upon completion of rennovation.
• Door Video Camera will be installed upon completion of rennovation.
• No Pet is allowed.
• Gabbage to be place on the outside of G/F.
• Free maintance period per listed on the Owner's Guide.
• Arma's cleaning fee is RMB15/hour.
